Conditions
Return Conditions: Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unopened, with all seals and tags intact and in original packaging. No returns will be accepted for orders placed after the thirty (30) day return period.
Non-Returnable Items
Some types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants) and custom items (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please note that items on sale or promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be returned.

You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase
for the new item.
Refunds
All eligible returns of full-priced merchandise will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that there are no returns on sale or promotional discount items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

To return an item, please email Support@MatildaBell.shop and include your name and order number. If your return meets our return guidelines, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed shipping instructions.
Please note that merchandise returned without our prior request for a return will not be accepted.
Refund Period
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return. Once your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
